In Outlook, in the Calendars tab, there will be a green Add button on the right side of the ribbon:



In the menu, select the option according to your needs:


  • If you need to add a specific conference room or other building room calendar, choose From Room List...
  • For all other calendars, choose From Address Book...



In the search menu, change the dropdown from Offline Global Address List to Global Address List:



Type in Fac to shortlist facilities calendars, and locate the name of the calendar you need. Double click it, and the name will populate in the text box at the bottom. Click OK.




After this, the calendar should appear after a moment in your list of calendars.


NOTE: If you need permission to edit a calendar, please submit a ticket to request it.
